Frank Murphy

Frank Murphy is a 30-year veteran of banking and the mortgage industry, and Team Lead of the Your Equity in Action Team. Frank retired after 27 years as Chairman-of-the-Board of a $250,000,000. Northern Illinois financial institution. In addition, Frank's Mortgage experience includes his 17-year experience as a real estate finance adjunct faculty member at the College of Lake County, and the reverse mortgage he has on his own home. A senior citizen himself, he currently spends his time helping other seniors purchase a new home or maintain their independence.

Frank is an active member and Council Officer of the Rev. Joseph Plummer Council # 10872, Knights of Columbus. He is also a regular attendee and active member of the 55+ Seniors Club held by Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Community in Spring, Texas. In addition, he is an avid bridge player, belonging to both social and duplicate bridge groups.

John E. Locke

John E. Locke, CFP® has been a Registered Investment Advisor for the past 32 years. He founded his own corporation where he served as President and CEO. As a financial planner, he provided educational courses at local colleges for those seeking to learn about planning their financial future. As a senior citizen, he used the reverse mortgage as a planning tool for himself. He spends his time helping other seniors learn how a reverse mortgage may secure their retirement, and now represents the Your Equity in Action Team for RME Reverse Mortgage Funding in the greater Kerrville, San Antonio and Austin areas.

John has been active in Financial Planning Association (FPA). He served as president of a local chapter and served on the national board as a representative. He has been a member of the Kiwanis Club, on the board of a local United Way as well as the American Red Cross. He holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from George Washington University. He has taught at Texas Tech University, Golden Gate Univerisity and UC Davis. He retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel after 26 years.
